About Emily
Emily Parisi is a graduate of Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA with her Master's degree in occupational therapy. She has been in multiple practice settings, and has enjoyed each one! After the birth of her third child, Emily experienced pelvic floor dysfunction and refused to hear "it will eventually get better." She decided to learn all that she could about pelvic floor dysfunction, and help herself treat her own issues. She no longer has these issues, and since that time, has had her fourth child and has been educating herself in pelvic health with constant courses and research since 2020. She is educated on manual techniques, pregnancy and postpartum exercises, pelvic pain treatments, breathing education among many other areas.
PCES Certified
Many educational programs do not cover the basics of working with pregnant and postpartum women. Not to mention perimenopause and menopause, when hormonal changes can leave a woman’s body more vulnerable to injury. It’s no wonder so many women get prolapse when they go through menopause. They aren’t exercising in a system that supports them! If they are taught how to manage pressure properly and with great technique, then many cases of prolapse could be prevented. Achieving the groundbreaking Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification ensures that our clients get the most in-depth and specialized care they deserve.

Experienced Momma
Emily is a mother of four, and along with such responsibility, she is well aware of what pregnancy and postpartum recovery entail. She has heard far too many times, "it will get better" and "drink a glass of wine" from her clients. Women no longer need to feel helpless. Emily is ready to empower these women, help them take back their confidence, and provide them with the knowledge they deserve to live their best life.
Emily feels comfortable and confident in assisting individuals with forms of incontinence, pelvic pain, lower back/hip pain, endometriosis, IC, and other pelvic floor dysfunction. Emily is not shy on this topic and is passionate about providing the education women need to take back control of their lives, instead of their pelvic dysfunction controlling them!
